OSHA Regulations
OSHA (The Occupational Safety and Health Administration) mandates that all dental offices have an infection control training manual available for training new employees as well as for implementing and maintaining OSHA standards. This manual must be updated on an annual basis. OSHA also requires that all dental offices offer an annual “infection control training and updating session” for all employees reviewing and updating them on current OSHA standards and regulations.
Dental Assistant Services offers a variety of options for meeting the OSHA requirements. We offer an infection control training manual for purchase along with two options to complete your required annual training session. In other words, we offer both a training manual and training sessions to meet the OSHA requirements. You have the option of purchasing either separately or both the manual and the training session together.
Please note: The options described on this page do not replace the Infection Control program course designed to help a person work towards obtaining their CDAcertificate.
